BROCK BERGIUS MRICS
Managing Director
Brock leverages his extensive expertise to drive innovation and optimise performance across the company’s portfolio. His keen insights into market trends, coupled with a relentless commitment to landlord & tenant satisfaction, have positioned adpt Property Management as a trusted industry partner.
Prior to establishing adpt Property Management, Brock was Head of UK Property Management at CLS Holdings PLC. Brock is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Rob Davies
Head of Property Management
Rob is responsible for the operational management of adpt’s commercial property portfolio.
Prior to establishing adpt, Rob was with CBRE, British Land and the Corporation of London. His portfolios totalled £1 billon with service charge expenditure in excess of £10 million annually.
Sherryl Baker
Head of Property Accounting
As Head of Property Accounting Sherryl is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the service charge function as well as all other property related financial matters.
Sherryl has extensive knowledge of several service charge management systems including Tramps, Qube and MRIX. Prior to establishing adpt’s property accounting function, Sherryl was Service Charge Manager at CLS Holdings PLC.
Su Clark
Office Manager
An integral member of the team, Su is responsible for the day-to-day running of the adpt Property Management office.
