Introduction

adpt Property Management Limited recognises that slavery and human trafficking remains a hidden blight on our global society.  The Firm’s aim is to identify our responsibility by being alert to the risks, however small, in our business and in the wider supply chain.  Staff are expected and encouraged to report concerns to management, whom in turn are expected to act upon them. adpt also continually engage and review their supply chain through a robust audit programme, whereby commitments by all suppliers and contractors used, are required to reflect our own stringent procedures and be documented on our chosen contractors management platform.

adpt Property Management Limited is a specialist commercial property management firm based in the UK.  adpt have an internal supply chain to support our business activities and also employ a supply chain on behalf of our clients, providing a variety of goods and services.

Our Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking

adpt are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business.  Our Anti-slavery Policy Statement reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.

Our implementation and operation of robust management systems underlines our commitment to this policy statement.  Formal procedures concerning slavery and human trafficking have been established, including disciplinary procedures where they are breached.  Additional procedures ensure that this policy is understood and communicated to all levels of adpt Property Management Limited and our subsidiary adpt Managed Services Limited, and that it is regularly reviewed by the Managing Director to ensure its continuing relevance to the Firm’s activities.
